Resident Services Programs
Residents of Gainesville Housing communities have access to Resident Services tailored to their stage of life, interests and needs with a focus on education, health and job placement.
Our knowledgeable staff coordinate comprehensive case management services giving residents access to health and social services and offer solutions such as financial planning, job search and training, ESOL classes, afterschool care and tutoring.
To encourage a healthy social life within the communities, our Resident Services team organizes monthly activities like bingo, Zumba classes, art and cooking and nutrition classes hosted at The MAC and Harrison Community Centers.
Gainesville Housing works to improve the quality of life for our residents by connecting our residents to needed resources in our community. Gainesville Housing partners with organizations such as the Georgia Mountain Food Bank, Hall County Health Department, Gainesville City Schools, United Way of Hall County, Good News Clinics, Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Good News at Noon and many more.
Helping people today…Building towards tomorrow
Gainesville Housing recognizes that our work is about more than managing quality affordable housing; it is also about providing our residents with the opportunity to access needed health and social services in order to provide wrap around services to improve their quality of life.
