GHA Board Meetings

Gainesville Housing Authority Board of Commissioners meetings are open to the public and held the third Wednesday of each month at 7:30 am at 750 Pearl Nix Pkwy, Gainesville, GA  30501 unless otherwise noted.  

Gainesville Housing reserves the right to schedule Special Board Meetings at other times provided that legal notice is given in accordance with O.C.G.A. 50-14-1

The Board of Commissioners meetings are open to the public and subject to the Open Meetings Law O.C.G.A. 50-14 and Open Records Law O.C.G.A 50-18.

The Board of Commissioners will be holding a retreat/work session on June 6 from 9:00am – 2:00pm in lieu of the regularly scheduled meeting on 18th.
