CORE joins us for heatthy assistance, and big rewards!

CORE will be joining us at the Community Center at Melrose (MAC) to provide our community with COVID-vaccines (handing out $50 gift card for each person that receives a vaccine) at home COVID test kits, NARCAN, and Health outreach. 
Also, a Lifeline Agent will give free Smartphones with 1000 minutes, unlimited texts and a certain amount of data.
To qualify you must have a valid id and be on one of the following programs:
• Food stamps (ebt snap)
• Medicaid
• Social supplemental income
• Section 8 housing 
• Veterans Pension or survivors benefits
• Or low income with proof
