Resident Services
Helping people today…
Building towards tomorrow
Gainesville Housing recognizes that our work is about more than managing quality affordable housing; it is also about providing our residents with the opportunity to access needed health and social services in order to stabilize and improve the quality of their lives.
Our Resident Services program includes comprehensive case management services by professional staff for Housing Authority residents aimed at assisting clients in maintaining successful tenancies. We work to improve the quality of life for our residents while emphasizing dignity, well-being, and self-sufficiency.
We partner with numerous local organizations such as the Georgia Mountains Food Bank, Hall County Health Department, Gainesville City Schools, Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Good News at Noon, United Way of Hall County, and many more.
